Chika minute: My friend talked to the coaches of SSC and FEU. The reason why Semana and the gang are not playing is because "lumaki na ang ulo nila mula ng makatikim ng championship." That is according to the coach of FEU. If that's true, nakakalungkot.

^yup,sabi nga daw, hindi daw nagttrain si abanto,textmates sila nung classmate ko and sabi daw ni abanto,nagyabang daw siya kaya siya binangko ni coach.

nabanggit nung isang commentator sa v-league, c abanto daw kaya di pinaglaro parang sort of disciplinary action from their coach. di naman na elaborate kung ano yung ginawa nya. pero for sure, may ginawa yun kaya ginawa ng coach nila yun. but i admire feu wvt kasi kahit na lagi silang talo, halatang tine train ng husto ang mga bago nilang players. for sure, magiging isa na naman sila sa bigating team come UAAP.

4 p.m. – Adamson vs FEU

The Adamson University Lady Falcons will try to keep an immaculate slate by getting a two-in-row win against Far Eastern University Lady Tamaraws at the start of the second round of eliminations at the Shakey's V-League on Tuesday at The Arena, in San Juan.

Last Sunday, the Lady Falcons downed the Lady Tams, 25-17, 25-11, 25-22, and swept all their assignments in the first round, according to a V-League statement issued on Monday.

In another game, San Sebastian – which won over the Ateneo de Manila University (25-21, 25-22, 27-25) also last Sunday, will try to duplicate its victory over College of St. Benilde on Tuesday.


Fans are expected, however, to focus on the Adamson-FEU match because of the long-time rivalry between the two teams.

FEU defeated Adamson in the recent UAAP volleyball title match.

"We have to continue winning because we're gunning for outright semifinal berth," Adamson coach Dulce Pante said."But we need to play more as a team and show a lot of discipline for us to continue the streak."

May internal problems talaga ang FEU, that's why may mga players na umalis or nagrebelde sa team. Ayoko sanang banggitin ito pero I guess may right malaman ng fans ang nangyayari sa team.

Coach Ness is in a bind right now. As a coach, syempre gusto niya maging competitive ang team niya pero hindi maiwasan na may mga players na maging pasaway because of the coaching changes sa team last summer kaya ganyan ang nangyayari.

I have my sources to back my claim.

MANILA, Philippines - The Adamson University Lady Falcons defeated the Far Eastern University Lady Tamaraws (25-16, 25-12, 25-14) on Tuesday to keep their immaculate slate in six matches at the Shakey's V-League Season 5 at The Arena in San Juan.

It was the second straight win by the Lady Falcons in three days against the Lady Tamaraws, whom they demolished last Sunday (25-17, 25-11, 25-22) at the end of the first round of eliminations, according to a V-League statement issued on Tuesday.

With guest player Neriza Bautista taking the backseat, Rissa Laguilles and Jacqueline So took over the offesive chores for the Falcons, delivering with 13 and five kills, respectively.

The victory strengthened Adamson's hold of the lead in the standings and their bid for an outright semis berth, while inflicting on the Tams their fifth defeat against a lone victory.

Earlier, the San Sebastian Lady Stags earned their fifth win in six games without a sweat over the St. Benilde Lady Blazers, who defaulted.

The Blazers opted to take their school exams, thus absorbed their fifth defeat in as many assignments.

St. Benilde not informing Vleague organizers about their intention of not playing in yesterday's game was a big shame. Kung hindi makakapaglaro ang mga players because they had exams sana nagsabi naman sila para at least hindi naging default ang laban nila sa SSC. The fans are the losers of what they did. I'm sure may penalty sa ginawa nila.

hopefully makabalik ang ust sa v-league, IF they will still be invited.but it will never be the same team again. not without balse and bernal. and hopefully, feu team will really improve this year, para may laban naman.

^not just ust but la salle as well saka pati yung iba like letran, ue and pcu para mas dumami yung teams tsaka mabigyan din ng exposure yung ibang teams.
