Chaka lang ng defense ng China. Against Dominican Republic 5 sets pa sila. Pero lumakas din kasi kahit papaano ang DR.
Gamova is not at her best form pero I have feeling she'll get back in shape during the final rounds. You know she badly wants to beat brazil.
I love Murphy ng USA. Considering na si Hooker pinalitan niya, she's a very capable replacement. Yung OH kasi ng USA (Hill and Robinson) kulang pa sa consistency which Tom provided. Pero overall, maganda pinpapakita ng USA.
Brazil is a well-oiled machine. Intact na intact talaga. So I think sila pa din ang team to beat especially with Russia's reception super duper shakey's vleague hahaha. Pero grabe si Koshelea pumalo, talagang over the blockers.

Non factor naman yung Italy-China match. Sa totoo lang kahit matalo pa China keribels lang dahil sweepstakes lang ang peg ng drawlots talo ka kahit ikaw ang group winner kung kasama mo sa pool of three eh malakas na teams. Kumbaga kapag walang advantage na manalo bakit mo ilalabas lahat ng weapons mo.
Anyway nganga Italy ka pool nila USA at Russia. Sigurado si Lang Ping nagpapasalamat kay sa lahat ng mga bathala nila na di sila nanalo sa group nila.

Ganda ng nilaro na italy. Defense, offense. Ganda ng reception. Talagang may strategy at di nag adjust USA. Italy WVT reminds me of Poland Men's Volleyball Team. Magaling sa transition plays.

To Think na mga medyo matatanda na mga players ng Italy. Sila Del Core, Centoni and Lo Blanco. Isama mo pa sila Piccinini and Ferreti. Ganda ng combination ng young and old players nila.
Mukhang Italy - Brazil nga ang magkikita sa Finals. Unless maghalimaw ulit si Gamova at medyo umayos kahit konti reception ng Russia.
