Kudos pala to Jane - she's better than Rhea sa floor defense. Agree, pero 5'7 naman kasi si Rhea, 5'5 lang si Jane ata. Pero sana, pinasok siya nung 2nd set ng mas maaga, medyo late na nung pinasok si jane. Tsaka dapat everytime magseserve si Mia eh ipasok si Carangan for defense. |

May score updates pala dito hahaha Mabuhay ka Bengga!  Ang sarap panoorin kung pano bigyan ng challenge ng Tigresses ang mga sarili nila at masolusyonan nila yun. CHAROTERA KA TEH! Ikaw dapat ang gumagawa niyan bilang resident update-tera. Hahahhahaha. Pero ayos lang basta panalo. WOOOOO!!! Kinabahan ako dun. |

Observations: - @mia: more practice to significantly improve the skills - @maru: She is good but she is easily affected with her errors at minsan tuloy tuloy na wala syang receive - @judy: marunong ka naman pa lang mgadjust sa set, go girl! Wag ng maging choosy sa set, mgadjust na lang. - jane: she changed the tides of the game when she replaced Rhea during 2nd set pero ang pangit ng set niya kay Aiza, kaya si Mighty Maizo hirap na hirap. - @dancel: Knows how to predict the attack of the opponent kaya ok sya sa digging pero sa service receive, more improvement is needed. - kat: Maganda talaga ang receive nya, nahahatid nya yung bola sa setter kaya ang daming play na nagawa para kay Maika. - @aiza: still a MightyMaizo performance. There were few errors pero ok pa din... Tandaan tao pa rin si Aiza at nagkakamali... - @maika: superb performance! |

pinakita lang ng team naten ang "PUSO" na rarely mong mkkta among other teams.Di ako masyado knabahan kahit na we're down 2 sets coz I'm confident that we can bounced back. Sana next time walang off sa knla.. Thank you Lord. at least malakas pa dn pla ko sau. hehe
next game FEU.wag mag relax and definitely bawal injury. Go USTe!^_^

I think nahawa lang ung players sa "mood" ng school. may napaka important na event kasi. kaya mdyo off focus na sa sarili mga tomasino kanina. lhat focus sa Q-rosary. ang weird ng atmosphere sa school kanina. parang lahat solemn. :DD anyway, Lakas ni Maika. Di siya mahabol ng blockers. Aiza was Aiza. Yes errors. pero good thing pinakita niya na dapat mag step up din ang ibang players. Judy ok. Nice work. Practice pa! Maru, errors grabe. Practice pa! Mia was good, nag level up na sa blocking! kaya yan baby tigress! step by step. dadating din tayo sa level nila Balse at Maika Dancel was doing a better job now. Rookie errors naman ung ibang errors. part ng Kaba at excitement. Jane , whoa! nice serves. Keep up! Rhea was doing a great Job. tas I'm glad to see more Drop shots! fierce na din si rhea. GJ tigresses!  |

Hehe I think maganda na ipasok si Jane pag nasa backrow na si Aiza. Para hindi agad mapagod ang kapitana. then Kat should be placed back as the libero then dancel to replace Mia sa likod since digging lang naman ang ginagawa ng middle pag nasa likod. |

As for the Falcons.
IMBA reception sa 1st and 2nd set.
kulang nlng tubuan ng ugat si Patilano dahil di na tlga siya gumagalaw pag mag seset!
Vasquez was excellent, ang gaganda ng digs at receives.
Benting was very sneaky, excellent drops. wala masyadong pa check, halos lahat drop.
Quinlog puro pa check, kaso nung sinabi na ni coach shaq wag siya i block. non factor na siya.
Zapanta was great! parang counter part ni Maru lang!
Patinalo was for sure enjoying 1st and 2nd set. Ugat nlng kulang! Ball Magnet. pag receive eh diretso sa kanya.
Pau was scary. Sana lang may running na siya para mas madami na siyang offense
Pineda was like the "silent spiker" nga daw sabi nila Mozzy. Parang ung utility ng Baste. heheh.

All in All talagang ang taas ng intensity ng ADu sa 1st and 2nd sets. kung hinawakan lang nila ng mabuti ang 3rd set eh na sweep sana ang UST.
Sana ganito nilaro nila sa DLSU. di ko lang tlga alam bakit sila takot na takot sa DLSU. Oo malakas ang DLSU pero kung ganun ka tindi ang floor defense nila eh masasabayan nila un!

MY POV
SETS 1 and 2:
Nagmamadali ang Tigresses. One Word: GALAWGAW. Kaya sobrang pangit ng reception nila, lalo na ni Dancel and Judy.
RESULTS: Pilit ang sets ni Rhea, habol kung habol, gusto man niyang gawan ng paraan sadyang ang pangit lang talaga. Out of frustration, nangigil si Aiza and Maru, panay errors tuloy. At puro sigawan na lang sa huddle. Init ng ulo nila Coach Shaq, Vilet and Yani.
MISSING LINK: Kat Carangan to sub for Mia Hirotsuji on the service line.
SET 3: Nagising na ang diwa ni Judy CABALLERO. Reliable na ulit sya sa reception. Hindi na rin aligaga si Dancel.
RESULT: Nadidistribute na ni Rhea ang bola. Less errors from Judy. Pero lumipat naman ang sumpa kay Aiza.
KEY: Nagsipag sila sa blocking (7blks for this set). At nang pinasok si Val and si Kat to serve, naging stable ang reception at nawalan ng target ang Adamson which is Mia.
This set was a total domination by the supporting cast of Kapitana.
SET 4: Buhay na buhay na ang floor and net defense. Kung hindi solid block eh nadedeflect pa rin nila attacks ng Lady Falcons.
Results: Wala ng Habol moments for Rhea. Naexecute na nila combination plays. Tumaas confidence ni Maru, Maika and Judy.
Key. The Sleeping Giant has awaken. Maika Ortiz was close to being unstoppable. Ang energy taas na! May paikot-ikot sa court na nalalaman.
SET 5: Close set. The momentum is obviously on the Tigresses' side pero muntikan pang mamaximize ng ADU ang pagrerelax nila.
Results: Kapos na attacks ni Aiza pero bawing bawi naman sa blocking, nabother na ADU attackers kaya nagcommit ng maraming errors. Hindi na bumitiw pa reception nila.
KEY: The Championship Button has been turned ON. Everybody was smiling. One Word: Character.
So far, eto yung pinakamagandang test sa UST-WVT and to the Coaching staff. Decisions, decisions. This is the game where Rhea can give the ball to everyone except Kapitana. Nag-step up talaga sila. Congrats Tigresses! One step at a time!
PS: Kailangan talaga itrain maigi si Mia sa offense. There was a point na halos si Rhea na umatake kasi alam niyang mababa porsyento ni Mia. Masipag na bata si Mia pero marami pang kailangang iimprove. Lalo na sa reception. And lastly, hindi pwede yung kelan nila gustong magseryoso eh dun sila gagalaw.

Ikaw na teh! Hahahhaha. Oo nga pala. Ayon kay jancarlo ng PEx, UST broke DLSU's record of most number of blocks in a game. DLSU's record was 19 blocks (made 1 few years back) while UST had 22 blocks kanina. Get get AAAAWWW!! Hahahhaha

^OT: Te! sobrang tawang tawa ko sa update system mo. Kausapin ba ang sarili? hahahahahahaha Eh yung malas kang mag-update? Ang benta te. Ang benta! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Akala ko naman kasi bilang televised sya eh hindi ko na kailangan pang mag-abala. Nakalimtuan ko na may supporters din pala na nasa opisina. KALORKA.
Oo nga! 7 blocks nung 3rd set then 7 blocks din nung 4th set! Hindi ko lang alam kung ilan nung Sets 1, 2 and 5. May suki card na kasi si Benting kay Aiza. Napansin ko lang, since V-League days pa.

I just love the game. I am a fan of UST. All throughout the match, calm lang ako. I know whatever happens, everything is helping their maturity. Win or loss man. I want to share some thoughts I saw sa game.
1. Mia is improving, but still needs to improve more. Yung exposure nya is helping her talaga. Medyo mas raw sya kay Dindin, pero I believe she'll do great someday. Magiging POG rin sya.
2. This match gave opportunities sa ibang players to step up. Hindi lang puro si Aiza. Though both open spikers are not that reliable as other open spikers of other teams, they are getting there. Iwas error lang next time.
3. Dancel is a warrior, este tigress. Makita mo sa kanya ang determination kahit may errors. Madami rin syang good digs.
4. Rhea was shaky at start, pero bumawi din. Maganda rin ang distribution nya kanina, hindi puro kay Aiza.
5. Maika was maximized sa game na ito. Great job. Mas maganda kung marami din syang combo plays. Pwede din yung ibabaw masyado sa net para mas mahirap iblock.
6. It is good na they experience 5-set matches early on para malaman nila how to compose themselves during moments like that. Iba na ang may experience.
7. Si Coach Shaq, mainitin ng ulo. hehe Harsh yet effective.
8. Aiza (no.8 talaga) has the power. yun lang. Bigat ng bola. One of the best spikers today. More combo plays pa para hindi predictable. Although predictable na sya, mahirap pa rin kunin. She had errors kanina, pero mas madami ang good points.
