Its the experience of the seniors (cruz, alarca and mercado) that made the difference.

haha..dati pag c judy ang nasa harap lage ko dinadasal na mag rotate na para asa likod na sya..pero kahapon gusto ko foreever na sya sa harap...haha

UST might have just discovered DLSU's weakness -- PRESSURE.
I've noticed that this DLSU team is not really good in handling pressure. Gumabao was just off. Floor defense was not working for Gohing. Alarca & Maraño were barely felt. Service, service reception, and even setting was not great. The open spikers remained pretty stable though.
Although they lost, UST still went home with a lot. They have probably discovered the rotation and positioning that could work for them, and they have established that LaSalle is not unbeatable.
I almost lost interest in this season thinking it will be a sweep in the finals, but last Sunday's game just made it more exciting and unpredictable.

at dahil jan..sugod mga USTe fans sa arena this finals!!!dapat full support tayo...dapat almost 3/4 ng crowd saten..kahit magkandungan na lang tayo pag nde nagkasya..hahaha  sana mas mdameng yellow balloons sa finals...astig kasi pg sabay sabay nagwawave...hay..sorry naman excited lang..haha! |

I almost cried reading the scores grabe, UST had almost took the game this only means that only USTe can defeat DLSU at this very moment, good job USTe i had never been prouder sa USTe teams, its the Heart that made all the difference. Go USTe.

sobrang galeng ng uste khapon  si aiza halata nangangapa pa sa middle kase palage sea nahuhule sa block pero kontig practice pa kayang kaya na . tingin co lang mas maganda if mia ilalagay sa utility position tapos pag mag seserve na sea tsaka ipasok si gozales. naisip ko lang si kots shaq bat nd pinasok si kat pag si ortiz ang mag seserve? great game ust isa nalang ang nawawala ANG GREAT WALL OF ESPANYA , TAPATAN NEO NG BLOCK ANG MGA KALABAN ok PLZ LANG EUNG MGA DUMIDEPENSA SA LIKOD ISA SHORT BALL ISA LONG BALL ok? Nadala talga sa pressure kahapon ang dlsu which was the reason and fact also why they lost last year championship. Yan talaga problem ng la salle

Players of DLSU intimidating the UST players by clenching their fist and looking at UST with a "pang-asar na mukha",... While the UST CROWD (talagang ang crowd ang nag-trash talk sa Dlsu hehehe...)intimidating the DLSU players by saying BOOOO..... na it's a normal situation to boost their morale ang confidence.... Kung walang ganyan, hindi masaya ang game!!!hehehehe |

actually sa thrash talking/stare down/finger wagging among players, i have no issue...
tulad ng sinasabi nila, off court, friends or civil naman sila eh, pang boost lang ng confidence yun during game...
im not sure about the booo-ing though... kung puro cheering, ok lang...

^ bakit ano bang masama sa boooing ng crowd andun ako! and i dont see any sign na bawal mag boo and kung ang pag bo booo ng crowd ang isa sa factor para makatulong para ma tense ang la salle kahit mag booo ako buong game wala sa akin yun! its part of the game mas maganda ata mag boo n lang kesa mag trash talk and to remind you hindi player ang nag initiate nun it was audience decision!
kanya kanya tayong diskarte sa pag che cheer eh d mag booo din kayo pag ust nman ang nag se serve walang pipigil sa inyo
