UST Vs DLSU (November 4, 4PM)

dslu and ust... hard to predict... close masyado

i believe dslu is at their peak... their line-up is not that rookie-laden like ust. hmmm...

what ust should do? field their rookies... though the double b can really put damage on dslu... this match can be a turning point for the rookies to mature... im not saying they are immature(lol)... but to gain more exposure and experience... also, dig... maging masipag sa paghabol ng bola... they have what we call "the great wall of ust: (ortiz and maizo)... but then when the ball passes to that wall... wala ng nagrereceive... the experience of denise tan is badly needed in this game... the drop balls and quick sets...

what ust should not do? gawing libero si aiza... she's one of the strongest spikers kaya its a no no to make her the libero... (nonsense i know, wala na akong maiisip...)

what dslu should do? block... block... and block... alarca is a great blocker... i like their haircuts by the way... (scarlet ikaw ba yan)... ust is known to attack in all sides of the court... they need to have their net defense working... to frustrate the spikers of ust... variety of sets also... martinez is doing a good job lately, but i believe meron pang ibubuga... mercado, hernandez, santos... what a line up of spikers...

what dslu should not do? let the blockers of ust dominate the net...

It's really hard to predict who will in this game since these 2 teams are full of spikers. But im giving this game to DLSU.

pero who knows?? galingan lang ng ust sa blocking xka floor defense,, then they might make it..

UST in 3/4 sets. This is the same DLSU team that had beaten UST in UNIGAMES (first match) and the same UST team (less Tabaquero) that won the UNIGAMES (beating ADU, DLSU in 3 straight sets)

If nothing is new to the UST strategy then DLSU is sure to win..

nahihirapan kasi ang UST pag maganda ang service ng opposing team....

I'll bet full of receiving errors yan....


But if something comes up....lets say a great performance of the floor defense, then kabahan na ang dapat kabahan.....
Blockable naman kasi ang hits ni HErnandez and Datuin.....and the latter being injured...tapos diego is erratic....

I believe in UST..i know that they can do it..just focus on their floor defense..sa offense, okey naman eh...defense talaga ang major task..
