SSC lang naman ang matinding kalaban nila..pero sa game kanina.. PANIS... 3 straight sets.. lupet....

galing ng AdU... naging ganito nalang kanina Baste yung AdU players nagtatawanan pa sa court.... for sure inenjoy nila yung laro kanina.... GodSpeed Adamson.... (in V-league)Good Luck... ^---------------the statement in bold is very WRONG objectively and analytically.  no offense meant, pero BASTE IS BASTE at unfair na sabihin na BASTE is that way. Why? First and foremost, ito pa lang ang talo ng team in their 3 games. This means 2 out of 3 ang wins nila. And, this FACT proves na BASTE is definitely a FORCE to RECKON sa VLEAGUE at mind you, Jang is not in the team, yet.  Secondly, Volleyball is a team competition. And the past records show na BASTE is definitely not 'NOTHING', diba? Correct me if I'm wrong, BASTE has been in the FINALS in 3 consecutive seasons. So, let the records speak for itself.  Lastly, ika nga BILOG PO ANG BOLA NG BALEBOL. Hindi naten masasabi ang magiging laro ng bawat team, di po ba? Parang BUHOK, may BAD HAIR DAY. The match showed na it was AdU's game and not for the SSC-R.  ...kaya ayun. yun na. BRAVO BASTE! Go, Segodine! Go, Nene! Galingan nyo pa lalo! ^_^  |

yehey adamson won! i'll be glued to the tv from 2 pm till 4 pm....sana wala si gloria bukas grrrrrrrrrrr
actually adamson is a very good team kaso kulang lang tlaga sila ng isa...and that missing link is nene bautista....her power attacks are excellent and her defense is at par with the rest of the team as well...
congrats adu! i still love baste...esp. sasa..........

MANILA, Phillippines - The Adamson University Lady Falcons upset the San Sebastian College Lady Stags (25-22, 25-21, 25-23) in Tuesday's action at the Shakey's V-League Season 5 at The Arena in San Juan.
The Lady Falcons anchored their offense on guest player Neriza Bautista in the third set to break the Lady Stags' defense, stopping their rally and ensuring that Adamson will gain the top of the standings.
The San Marcelino-based squad had to quash the Lady Stags' comeback from a 1-8 deficit to clinch the victory, giving the three-time NCAA
champions theiri first defeat in three matches.
"Bautista's game has been improving as we go along, especially her powerful spikes that our rivals have difficulty reading," Adamson coach Dulce Pante said in a V-League statement issued on Tuesday.
Bautista posted 19 kills, the bulk of which she scored in that big third set rally as she finished with a 20 points to outplay counterpart Suzanne Roces, who stumbled with a service error with the score tied at 23-all in the third before Angela Benting clinched it for Adamson with a kill.
It was also Adamson's third straight-set victory, which came after they overwhelmed Ateneo de Manila U's Lady Eagles last Sunday. - GMANews.TV

TAMA! Swerte lang talaga sila! Haay! YUP YUP! swerte lang talaga sila! kayang kaya silang talunin ng adu! Check your facts please. Adamson had been in the finals in Season 68, where the powerhouse line-up of DLSU simply destroyed game in two straight games (weird na hindi niyo alam dahil AdU fans kayo:)). 4 of the starters noon ay starter ng Adu last season: Serafica, So, Laguilles, and Gustilo. Therefore, objectively speaking, invalid ang argument na pressured sila for being in the finals for the first time kaya sila natalo. The truth is, FEU just played better. Just like ng match ng SSC-R at AdU, it's obvious that AdU played better. Yun lang po. Walang sense yung pressure na yan...nakakahiya naman kung yun lang ang nagpatalo sa kanila hehehe |

wow! sabe ko na nga ba adamson ang mananalo. gusto ko manuod sa arena kaso ala time. Sabe nga ng coach "defense is the best offense". ANd, Ive seen neriza bautista improving a lot. she actually has better attacks than venus bernal. when it comes to power, and angle , maybe because she is taller and has higher reach, kayang kaya nyang itusok ung bola. she is a power hitter, palakihin lang katawan ni neriza, at 6 ft, she could be a devastating opener for the phil team. mejo mabagal pa nga lng sya, pero oks na. Compare mo ung laro nya sa ust dati, anlayo. .
Mejo naawa ako sa FEU, all is depending on Morada. Hai, hirap tuloy sila maipanalo ung mga laro nila, pro five setter lhat. Ang liit nila, walang reliable blocker tlga. Although Morada can block pero hnde nya kaya mag isa, di nmn sya gnun katangkad.

Now pertaining sa pressure, i still thnk that most of the time it ruins anybodys games, even yours i think. Adu swept FEU during the eleminations and the first game of the finals match, on the second game their sight was already in the crown, and they know that almost everyone was expecting them to clinch it, so comes pressure, nanggigil, naatat, nasira ung plays, nawala ung depensa, natalo... ;D |
