Medyo nakakatakot Poland with Wilfredo Leon sa lineup nila. Kung ganito lang na they are playing so well and in system without Wlazly and Winiarski. KKlk.

Well nerves got Russia sa 4th set. Sayang yung habol but they really need to develop middles nila.

so my predictions about russia somehow came true. the choices for the outside hitter spots looked really odd. wonder if spiridonoc and ilinykh as the starting hitters would have made any difference.

Watching the russia-poland match. I bet if kubiak and spiridonov played at the same time here, may magsasapakan. Juk!

I believe that's Obmochaev, the ex-husband of Goncharova.

Meron silang other libero, si Iunatov. Yung medyo matanda na at kalbo. hehehe. Russia needs to involve their MBs more on the offensive side. Sayang medyo off and MBs nila compared to Poland. Russia should have experimented on their OHs kasi basang-basa sila ng blockers ng Pol. But let's see what would be the progress of this tournament. Too early to tell kung sino ang mananalo. The men's games are more exciting and unpredictable kasi maraming upsets kung minsan. But still rooting for the underdog Iran.

That's correct, but they usually start with Obmochaev (at least in the matches I've watched).

Nope! There's still their continental NORCECA qualifier and the inter-continental qualifier in Japan. Read further down in that article, and you'll find this:
"Now the USA had to wait for NORCECA Olympic Qualifying in September 2015, which should be an easy tournament for them, but it would have been unnecessary for them if they had just one more win in Japan."

Buti pa talaga sa men's ang dadaming good match up. Kahit lower seeds exciting katulad nung Japan vs Australia.
