Good match by Lipe. Wonder why I never saw that side of his before?

HAHAHA. Oo nga.
Pero ako lang ba? Magkahawig talaga si Lanza at Matt Anderson. Jusko. <3

Whoever wins ako sa Women's. Both are promising. Both have already proven something. This will just be a game of mind and heart. (Hala! Heartstrong daw).

Yes. The women's match is worth to watch. Either teams deserves to be called champions. I'll put my bet on Serbia since they have a slight advantage during their pool match but China is not an easy victim since they already disposed Brazil and Netherlands on their way to the Finals. Zhu Ting is a monster and the support of her teammates is also there. Alam mo yun na kahit dehado sila eh nagagawan ng paraan para makapuntos. And I've noticed na Lang Ping doesn't stick or utilize same line up or set of players all throughout the game. Kada set may new player or players siya na pinapasok and delivered some goods for the team. It's a test of heart and mind and the motivation or drive to win that Gold.

True. Tunay nga ang Lang Ping magic. HAHA!

In fairness to China, ang DAMING bala! Zhu Ting, Hui, tas yung isang kamukha ni KYK na deadly ang jump serves. Tapos meron pang kaliwete na di hamak na magaling pa kay Chunlei (pwera experience ha). Grabee! Kung maka-gold China dito, bet ko sila for Gold on 2020.

Si Lanza, nag-me-makeup at nag-a-ahit ng kilat bago maglaro. Hehehe!
A basta, I'm not supporting anything China.

You guys watching the bronze medal match? Just for fun, if you want to sound like the female American commentator, string together as many random idiomatic expressions as you can in a sentence. X-D

China stepped up a gear higher when they won against Brazil in the QF. parang ang dala-dalang confidence ay kasing taas ng sets ng Russia!! they are two sets to one up against Serbia and maintaining a slight two-point advantage sa fourth set approaching the 20-point mark. Is this another gold medal for them? Ang lakas nila ha. Grabe! Brazil 2012 lang ang peg nila.

Congrats China.
I feel so bad for Ognjenovic. I think pang 3 olympics niya na to. Nagbreakdown passing ng serbia walang na siyang magawa kahit sobrang galing niyang setter. Talos na facial pa siya ni Zhu Ting.
Also grabe blocking ng China this game.
Pero I like the results. Di na Bra-Usa dominance lang per se.

China won another gold medal for their country, beating Serbia in 4 sets. Serbia being the favorite to top the podium ran out of gas to dispose China easily. A great strategy by Lang Ping to mix it up, never sticking to same sets of players and that confused the opponent.

saklap that the 3rd set end due to Serbia's service reception error, tapos sa 4th set service error and service reception error killed their chances for a 5th set.

Steadiness is China's main strength. I mean, Zhu Ting is their # 1 attacker/option pero what a great support coming from her teammates. Not too flashy, not too explosive but just the right amount of skills to make a point and back up the top scorer. Zhu Ting is the MVP no doubt. What a superb performance coming from the 20-year old. Pero sana this is not her peak yet as she has more years of volleyball career ahead. Wag sana ma Wang Yimei. Congrats pa rin. Proved to the world that you are still one of the best women's volleyball team.
