should UP improve their bloking because of their height advantage, theyre likely to have a chance for the big 4. araneta needs a little fine tuning with her spikes, isada is a very good libero, lopez is also effective but shes error prone, parang si caballejo ( btw mela never fails to greet her former hs team UST ). their rookie setter is fantastic, while quejas and ramos are not just pretty faces for nothing.......at di nagugusot buhok nila lol.

its really hard to focus with sports in UP.... ull know if taga UP ka...... even the teachers discourage sports and see it as sum kind of distraction. Aside from that, hindi tlg mxado nagccpag students ng UP sa sports ksi they dont get any incentive. NOpay k nga if athlete k pero pagnatanggal k halos wala nm difference sa tuition kya the students dont treat it like other teams' students under athletic scholarships do. di cla takot matanggal sa varisty ksi di nmn tlg big deal ang scholarship lalo n sa older students na di iinabutan ng 1k per unit increase(na i should say, did not really improve any academically related facilty or euipments).

UP produced basketball icons like Ronnie Magsanoc and Benjie Paras to name a few. One of the Reyes in the current PBA is an alumnus of UP. UPMVT is topnotch....and like any other higher learning institution, sports is always a program and priority.....wala lang permanenteng coach ang UPWVT..After mia tiuseco left, sinalo ni ron dulay, then back ulit kay coach isada... their current roster of volleybelles are actually very good; kailangan lang nilang mahasa to be very competitive.
