companyero078: why being so anti-import? this is the shakey's v-league. di ka ba sang-ayon sa alituntunin ng shakey's v-league? being so anti-import appears to me like a kind of backward mentality. are we in north korea to condemn imports? peace po... =)

Congrats again to the Lady Falcons! You really showed dominance over the Lady Pirates. Congrats too (again) to Angel Vasquez for being POG twice this semis. I'm sure you're on to the award this conference like your mentor Gata.

It's only that V-league is also there as off-season league for collegiate players. It's also good that these athlete students experience playing with the veterans or graduate players to improve their level of play in UAAP, NCAA, WNCAA, etc. Your idea can come as a separate league. Something like a semi-pro or even pro league. From the batch of, say, Laborte down to the batch of Charo or Daquis, the pool is large enough for another league. I understand V-league organizers are contemplating on this as mentioned by Ricky Palou in one interview, but I don't know what happened to that.

Also, what about the high school GPs? Teams whose objective is to develop their college players may end up getting more HS GPs, should V-league allow more than 2 GPs, unless, of course, V-league changes the rules and disallows participation of these young GPs.
