vballplay-off pa bah..? hindi ba gagamitin ang quotient ratio..? paki clear daw guys..! ^^ eto ung nakalagay sa rules and regulations sa vleague website e. Quarter-finals: The six (6) qualified teams will play one (1) round. With the win-loss records of the preliminaries carried over into the quarter-finals, the four (4) teams with the best win-loss records, after the round, will qualify into the semi-finals. In the event of a two-way tie for 4th place, the tie will be resolved by a play-off game. If three or more teams are tied for 4th place, FIVB Rules shall apply to determine the best two which will play-off to resolve the tie. un ung pag kakaintindi ko dito, na kapag 2 teams are tied in qfinals with identical records, may play off pero pag 3 ang tied for 3rd, 4th, and 5th positions, dun mag aapply ang rules ng fivb... haha.. pero un lang ung interpretation ko dito sa rule na to...

medyo ndi nabanggit kapag ang nag tie ay from 3rd to 5th... parang magulo nga rin... baka ang mangyayari,,, if 3rd to 5th ang mag tie, we go to fivb rules which is the quotient system... from there, the 3 teams who are tied will be ranked from 1st to 3rd, tpos ang tingin ko, the 1st or highest quotient among the 3 teams are tied is considerred 3rd spot na... then, the last 2 teams baka un ang maglaban for a play off to determine kung sino ang 4th and last semifinalist... haha.. ndi ako sure dito po... baka lang...

Kung sino ang may pinakamataas na quotient sa tatlo(FEU, AdU, ADMU) ay 3rd, tapos ang dalawang mas mababa ang may play off sa 4th slot. Nangyari na yan last UAAP 70. Tie sa standing ang AdU, FEU, UST sa first place. AdU had the biggest quotient among the three, kaya sila ang first place talaga, tapos ang FEU at UST, naglaban(play off) for 2nd place. FEU ang nanalo sa play off kaya sila ang 2nd at UST and 3rd.
