Mas malakas ang lineup ngayon kaysa nung UAAP S69 na nagchampion sila. Tall players na hindi panakot lang, tall players na reliable sa net defense at offense. Rookies that are aint just naive and timid, but rookies na mautak at palaban. Bench na hindi lang tagaabot ng tubig at towel, kung bench na tatayo at dedepensa sa likod at mahusay sa service! Yan ang team ko! Yan ang UST!

Some insights

*Blocking of UST frustrated SSC's main attackers namely Benito, Pepito and Mondejar.
*Baste was just scoring sa drop balls, off speed, off and through the block. Wala sila masyadong impressive na kills
*Mas naging effective sila nung nawala si pepito, benito and mondejar. WEIRD. Dapat itrain ng baste si Raguine! Magaling siya ha! Madiskarte!
*Nawala floor defense ng Baste though gumanda net defense nila
*Yung Robinos tama ba? She blocked all of Santiago's Middle attacks. But Dindin blocked Robino's Middle attacks as well.
*Dindin had some impressive Running Attacks. I think she really is the next Balse. Mas bagay si dindin sa open at running attacks eh. ganda din blocking niya!
*Ganda ng floor defense, service and reception ng UST kaya nahirapan baste at puro sila errors.
*SCORE ng BASTE was mainly on ERRORS lang din ng UST. Wala talag legit kills ang BASTE.
*Maizo's back row attacks are AMAZING! Hindi macontrol ng SSC si kapitana! Amazing talaga!
*Angge was in her game! Dami niya din puntos though she had her share of errors din naman. If Angge would lessen her errors, she WILL MOST DEFINITELY bag the BEST ATTACKER plum.
*Galing ng service and setting ni Rhea tapos siya pa last point. Galing!
*Maru was so-so ngayon.
*Judy was so-so lang din. Halatang ingat pa sa pagpalo.
*Pimentel - galing talaga ng running niya! Katuwa! puntos lang ng puntos! Kung pwede running lahat eh!
*Ortiz - she deserved the award. Kahit di na maganda yung set sakanya puntos pa din! Kudos!
*Fortuno - Maganda nilaro niya! Ganda ng receives!

It prooves mas mataas ang level ng uaap volleyball unlike ncaa.
Ang galing 3rd set na pinasok yung Guest player ng uste in and out pa most of the time and scores onlly a few.

1st SET UST 25
- 11 SSC

2nd SET UST 25
- 10 SSC

3rd Set UST 20
- 15 SSC

It was a devastating loss for the Lady Stags. Apparently, UST scouted well SSC-R. While SSC-R is very much like the team that fought UST in the last summer V-league finals games 2 & 3. Very poor defense. Anyway, I think they'll meet again Tues next week. Let's see what adjustments will the Lady Stags make. Great game again for the Lady Tigers!
