The fight is becoming tighter than ever. Here are the scenarios sent by the V League Officials.

Please find attached files team match ups for May 14.
Also note that SSC & UST qualifies for the Quarterfinals regardless of the outcome of their respective matches but the match between SSC & ADU will have an effect on the match between FEU & ADMU.
Here are the following scenarios:
1. The winner between FEU & ADMU will automatically qualify for the Quarterfinals. The losing team will have to wait for the result of the next match between ADU & SSC.
2. If ADU wins against SSC:
a. ADU will qualify for the Quarterfinals and will result to a triple tie (5-2 W-L standing) in the 2nd position assuming UST wins over CSB; I assume there is no need for a play-off game for this situation.
b. The loser of the previous match between FEU & ADMU will not qualify because of 4-3 W-L standing placing the team in 5th place.
3. If SSC wins against ADU:
a. ADU will tie with the loser of the previous match between FEU & ADMU in 4th place as both teams will have a 4-3 W-L standing.
Assuming UST & SSC wins their games & FEU wins over ADMU:
1. UST 6-1
2. SSC 6-1
3. FEU 5-2
4. ADU 4-3 *a playoff match will be played
5. ADMU 4-3 on Sunday, May 17
6. CSB 2-5
7. LPU 1-6
8. UP 0-7
Assuming UST & SSC loses their games & FEU wins over ADMU:
1. UST 5-2
2. SSC 5-2
3. FEU 5-2
4. ADU 5-2
5. ADMU 4-3
6. CSB 3-4
7. LPU 1-6
