First Stage: Eliminations
- Single Round Robin, Top Four teams will get outright Quarterfinals berth.

Second Stage: Wildcard Phase
- The bottom four after the eliminations will be joined by Visayan Teams; USLS and USJ-R and will play in a single round robin affair. Two teams will be booted out while the top four will join the first four in the Quarterfinals.

Third Stage: Quarterfinals
- The eight teams will again be in a single round robin affair. Top four teams will move on to the Final Four.

Fourth Stage: Final Four
- #1 will battle #4 and #2 will battle #3 in a Best-of-Three affair. Winners will move on to the Finals.

Fifth Stage: Championship
- The winners of the Final Four games will face off in another Best-of-Three Championship affair. The losers meanwhile will face off in a Best-of-Three Bronze Battle affair.

The League will follow the Back-to-Zero format wherein every stage will clear out the standings of the previous stage and will have their win-loss standings back to 0 as teams move on in every stage.
