i still want jamenea ferrer... the leading best setter... san ka pa? tinalo pa ang mga veterans!
pero malakas pumuntos si angeline gervacio... nataasan pa nya si alarca, benting at daquis sa total kills...

san niyo po ba nakikita yung stats? wala kasi akong alam e kung sino mga naglelead para sa awards hehehe  but siguro ganun talaga kasi sa ADMU dame rookies so most likely rookies ang mga papalo but come to think of it magaling naman talaga si GERVACIO kaya okie din siya magleading scorer hehehe |

Puro naman baguhan mga setters this league wala naman veteran except nalang kay TAN na injured!! DLSU - 2nd playing years pa pero e1 ko kung naglalaro xa nung High school d gaya sa ateneo setter na babad na talaga! ADU - 1st playing yr pa as a setter at d pa babad sa position nya (attcker ata xa dati) FEU - 1st playing yr. as a setter sa team nila this season! SA UST naman pa iba-iba ang kanilang setters kaya nag divide ung setting stats nila!! swerte lang c Ferrer kc nag sabay-sabay umalis ang mga magagaling na setter sina SERAFICA, SAET AND SEMANA. sa setting department d pa ka competitive kc puro pa baguhan ang mga setters! either c Ferrer at Jose ang maglalaban kc silang dalwa ang mas BABAD pero mas malaki ang chance na makuha ni FErrer ang award kc mas babad pa xa than Jose, since high school pa xa naglalaro as a setter position!! Pero tignan natin baka may humahabol lau pa naman, may 2nd round pa!!  |

i think... walang kalaban si ferrer... sya talaga ang possible na mag uwi ng best setter...
kahit paborito ko sya i think alam naman ng lahat kung gaano sya kagaling na setter...

hehhe actually nung high school gulat ako kay jem kung ganu niya kacontrol yung bola parang part of her body na yung ball e hehehe pag serve 100% kaya niya ipagulong sa net para magkamali read ng kalaban ehehe sobrang galing niya hehehe!! GO JEM!! |

i just want to question something, kung isang basehan ng pagiging ROY sa UAAP eh ang pagiging "freshman," why was Shaira Gonzalez named as the ROY for the Beach Volley?

i just want to question something, kung isang basehan ng pagiging ROY sa UAAP eh ang pagiging "freshman," why was Shaira Gonzalez named as the ROY for the Beach Volley? Beach Volleyball has a different rule for ROY award because it just started in Season 69, and was only given points for general championship in season 70. The so called "Jai Reyes Rule" generally applies for the team sport events that is being played in the UAAP. For individual/dual sports, they always have rules different from that of the team sports. In the case of beach volleyball, the rules are entirely different because it is a new event under individual/dual sports There's also a different MVP rule in every event. Just like for example, in basketball, there is a separate award for the season MVP and finals MVP while in volleyball, there is only one MVP award and the awardee must come from the champion team On the case of Shaira Gonzalez and Cara Acevedo, according to sources in the UAAP Board, Acevedo will still edge out Gonzalez even if Gonzalez is considered eligible for the award because Acevedo has a better statistical figures. She edge out Gonzalez in scores, blocks, and digs while Gonzalez only edged Acevedo in serves. |

feeling ko, yung team na least offensive option at may magaling na rookie ang makakakuha ng ROY. kasi kung marami kang arsenals, malamang na malamang na well distributed ang bola niyo.
parang ung case last year ng admu, they were counting soriano as the first and also second option pero walang supporting cast sa kanya, so when acevedo came up, she got more balls to play, thus having more kills, having more impressive stats.
so ang analysis ko, ang eam na may kulang sa opensa at may magaling na rookie ang makakakuha ng ROY plum.

i think gervacio will get the roy award.. kasi lutang na lutang yung laro nya compared sa ibang teammates nya sa ateneo.. pau soriao of adu also deserves the award kung mapunta nga sa kanya pero she lacks kill points ata..
