from psep:  It’s the final four. This is the part of the V-league where the good is separated from the best. Its when every risk you take can either make you the goat or the hero. Its UST vs. Adamson and everyone is up on their seats waiting in anticipation for their showdown. In the Adamson vs. UST match, both teams are almost evenly matched. Each having a distinct advantage over the other. UST deserves to be where they are now because, after fighting off a very strong comeback by Ateneo, they are true volleyball warriors. When they square off with Adamson, there will be no love lost between these teams. Both have almost equal passion and motivation to win. Mary Jean Balse and her teammates will have to work double time if the way to be in the final. They would have to muster all they have in order to pull off a win. Adamson is a team with great team players and with the strength and a motivation to win equal to none. Their ‘motherly’ coach is without a doubt deserves every respect of each and every player because with her guidance coupled with each player's hard and good work ethic, they are in the final four. That is one big achievement in itself. Of course, Adamson would want nothing more than to reach the finals. Can they withstand the energy and power of UST’s players? Can they stand off possible UST rallies when the game is on the line? Do they have what it takes to silence a growling tigress? That we will have to watch and see for ourselves. What is expected is a game of emotion. And point for point, each team has certain advantages over each other. Whether its setting the play, or having great blockers that go beyond the call of duty. Its just a matter of exposing and recognizing these advantages and exploiting it to come up with the win.
